Cancellation must be made prior to 48 hours in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to deny refunds. Once the company confirmed refunds, the full amount of payment will be credited to customers account within 13 business days. However, the extra charge from bank, credit card or other payment method incurred during the payment will not be refunded
